- Completion of FHLB’s Intake Certification required.

- Phone counseling typically takes 60-90 minutes.

**Miscellaneous Details**

- Must OWN & OCCUPY for 5 years to be forgiven.

  - Prorated repayment if sold before 5 years.

- No payment required.

- Only Household Income is subject to income limits.

  - Non-Occupant Co-Borrower income does not count towards limit.

- Accepted loan types: Conv, FHA, VA, USDA.

- No fees charged by Primis.

  - $275 fee to FHLB DPA.

- Completion of intake certification required.

- Income documentation required for all household members.

  - $0 Income certification for household members over 18 with no income.
