$1000 Flat Fee explained

• Your broker (Liberty Realty) will charge a flat $1,000 fee to provide you the same great service and representation that you have always enjoyed
• 2.5% commission to the buyers broker so your house will get shown
• You will get your home listed in Multiple Listing Service and all the pertinent real estate websites (realtor, zillow, trulia, etc)
• You will be guided every step of the way through the sale of your home and advised
• We will manage all showings, offers and negotiations to get you the very best price and terms on your sale
• We will coordinate all your closing efforts to make sure you worry about nothing other than getting ready to move
• All listing documents and work will be done via electronic documents, signatures (so you will need a computer)
• You will assist us in taking photos of the house (all rooms, exterior photos) or we can hire a photographer at an additional charge
• We will install yard signs and lockboxes (you will need to help provide a key)
