This is a very rugged area. Lots of trees and a hill spot for a weekend cabin. A draw and small creek run thru the area. This is a great get-away for the week ends and vacation if you have an appreciation for the river and nature. There is a portion of the land that sits across the road and on the side of a mountain that would be a good location for a home with a view of the river in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Would make a great Company retreat.
